In ourXbox Elite Series 2 review, we raved about this controller, calling it flat out ‘the best Xbox controller on the market’. You can easily see why: its adjustable-tension thumbsticks allow you to customize its feel to sort your play-style, while its shorter hair-trigger locks make it easier to squeeze off shots in shooters much faster. And this flexibility goes much further, with those fully remappable buttons and custom profiles making it easy to switch things up from player to player.
On top of this, its build quality is fantastic. As well as the rubberized grip, which makes it easier to hold in hand, it’s much more sturdy and robust feeling, while all the replaceable parts means it should last a lot longer than more budget pads. During our review, our only real reservation was that price tag – which this deal has handily made much more affordable.
